I wanted to come up with an image with some story to it. So I came up with these father, son, and dog characters spending time together out in a field filled with flowers and butterflies. The father is young, calm, and kindly, and the son is shy and quiet, but openly interested and engaging with his dad. (The dog is sort of derp). And I wanted to put them in this magical and dreamy space.
I used Maya and Photoshop and adjusted it to make it look very graphical, which I liked the look of. It reminds me of a kiddy show. So, I'm currently working on another personal project inspired by my experience with this one.
